Re: Mandatory Shrine Protocol Seminar
It is the will and pleasure of the Potentate, Illustrious Sir Richard Cassada that you attend the Sphinx Shrine Annual Protocol Seminar to be held January 24, 2008. We will meet at the Shrine Center beginning at 8:00AM for coffee and danish followed by the seminar to begin promptly at 8:30AM.
This seminar is mandatory for the top officer and secretary of each unit/club. We encourage you to also invite other members of your unit/club to attend as well as any new members who may have recently joined the Shrine and your unit/club.
It is our hope that you will learn many important facts about the running of our Shrine as well as Shrine protocol that will assist you in your appointed positions. The Potentate promises to make this seminar interesting and entertaining. Plenty of hand outs! Lots’ of good useful information!
Please confirm your attendance by contacting the Shrine office that you will be attending and if you are bringing other members of your unit/club, the number of participants that will be joining you. We ask that all confirmations be called in no later than January 17, 2009.
